Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase for a refund. Please send us an email at gemelle@gemelleliving.com with "Return" in the subject line and we will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For a refund the product must arrive back to us in the original packaging, unopened, and in resale condition.
